To build reputation, you can go to Camp McCarran, Sloan, and Camp Forlorn Hope for related quests. If you don’t know who they are, that’s fine. Side note: being friends with a group called the Boomers will make this quest bug out a bit. Handy, this will allow you to break the prison house without her attacking you: Tabitha and Rhonda will head into Caesar’s Land. If you want, you can break open the prison, but then Tabitha will be enraged, yielding two different endings, if you spare Tabitha, one ending will happen, or if you kill her, another will happen. What happens at the end of Fallout New Vegas? There is a quest (I think it’s called don’t tread on the bear) that serves as an indicator of your progress with the NCR ending. If you’ve let Yes Man install himself into Houses computers there is no way you’ll be able to side with the NCR. If you fail the quest, you have progressed too far to finish with the NCR ending.
If you get the quest, you are close to ruining it.
